Problems with OrbitProbe
Write to the contact address on this page and describe the problem. We acknowledge within five working days and aim to resolve it within thirty days. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to use the consumer dispute bodies and courts of the country where you live; in Türkiye these are the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
Disputes between a buyer and a seller
An agreement recorded on the marketplace is between the buyer and the seller. OrbitProbe is not a party to it and cannot force either side to pay or to transfer a domain. If the other side does not perform, tell us: we can review the record of the negotiation, flag or cancel the agreement on the marketplace, remove a listing and suspend an account that acted in bad faith. We cannot award money or order a transfer. For those remedies you need the escrow service you used, if any, or a court.
Reporting a listing
Anyone may report a listing that they believe is inaccurate, unlawful or infringing, by writing to the contact address with the listing’s address and the reason. Reports are reviewed by an administrator, the decision is recorded in the audit log, and the reporter is told the outcome where that is possible.
Trademark and domain name disputes
OrbitProbe does not decide who is entitled to a domain name. Such disputes belong to the procedures that the registries have adopted: the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension system for generic top-level domains, the dispute resolution service providers appointed under TRABİS for .tr names, and the corresponding procedures of other country-code registries, or the courts. If you hold a decision from such a body or a court concerning a listed domain, send it to us and we will act on the listing accordingly.
Abuse of looked-up domains
OrbitProbe shows public data about domains; it does not host them. To report phishing, malware or spam on a domain, contact the registrar’s abuse address, which our WHOIS tool shows where the registry publishes it, and the hosting network shown by the IP lookup tool.
